Job Description
1. Standard Development: Monitor and study the evolution of management system standards (such as the ISO series), and participate in the development of new certification projects and the formulation of technical specifications.
2. Documentation: Responsible for the drafting, revision, and maintenance of core documents, including company-wide and client-customized management system manuals and procedural documents.
3. Technical Support: Provide internal teams and clients with standard interpretation, training on document application, and technical consultation.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for backgrounds in Quality Management, Standardization Engineering, Industrial Engineering, related STEM fields, or management disciplines.
2. Over 3 years of experience in management system certification (experience in production factories is preferred). Demonstrated success in independently developing comprehensive management system documents (such as quality, environment, occupational health and safety, etc.).
3. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, with a strong sense of quality and confidentiality. Open-minded, eager to explore, and possessing innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
