Service Introduction

Security Service Certification is an authoritative mechanism for evaluating the service standards and quality levels of security service enterprises, based on GA/T 594-2006 "Security Service Operation Procedures and Quality Control."

According to this standard, the certification examines the implementation of security services from five main dimensions: service premises and facilities, personnel requirements, contract review and signing, preparation for security services, and service project implementation. Among these, service project implementation is the core, encompassing eight types of services: guard services, protection services, patrol services, escort services, personal protection services, crowd control services, technical protection services, and security consulting services.

The certification ultimately grants enterprises a rating certificate ranging from three-star to five-star levels, with a validity period of three years.

Core Content of Certification

Service Premises and Facilities: Examines the standardization and completeness of configurations including fixed office premises, technical protection equipment, communication devices, and protective gear.

Personnel Requirements: Checks security personnel’s certification for duty, professional skills training, professional ethics, appearance, and healthy psychological qualities, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Security Services."

Contract Review and Signing: Reviews the standardized process of identifying service needs, evaluating contract terms, and signing service agreements. Security service contracts should be retained for at least two years for reference.

Preparation for Security Services: Examines the formulation of service plans, allocation of resources, and preparation of emergency response plans.

Service Project Implementation: Covers eight major categories: guard services, protection services, patrol services, escort services, personal protection services, crowd control services, technical protection services, and security consulting services.

Value of Certification

Standardize Organizational Management: Helps security service enterprises establish a standardized management system from personnel recruitment and training to emergency response.

Enhance Market Competitiveness: The certification certificate serves as an important qualification document in government procurement and bidding processes of large enterprises and institutions, potentially earning extra points in evaluations.

Meet Compliance Requirements: Helps organizations comply with relevant regulations such as the "Regulations on the Administration of Security Services," reducing operational risks.
