Enterprise credit management system certification is an authoritative certification mechanism that systematically evaluates the enterprise's credit risk prevention ability and credit management level, aiming at helping enterprises improve their credit awareness and market competitiveness through standardized management framework. This certification is mainly based on the national standard GB/T 31950-2023 "Requirements for Enterprise Credit Management System", which identifies, analyzes and controls the integrity elements of enterprises in all aspects of production and business activities, and finally grants the enterprise a certificate valid for three years.

Certification core content

The certification of enterprise credit management system revolves around the systematic management of credit risk, with the following dimensions as the core:

Organizational environment and leadership role: understand the organization and its internal and external environment, identify the needs and expectations of interested parties, the commitment and leadership role of top managers, formulate the integrity policy, and clarify responsibilities and authorities.

Integrity planning: identify key integrity elements, set integrity goals, plan measures to achieve goals, and deal with integrity risks.

Support process: honesty culture construction, personnel ability and training, honesty consciousness cultivation, communication mechanism establishment and documented information control.

Management realization: credit investigation and file management, credit management, contract performance management, business account management, social responsibility performance, and supply chain integrity control.

Inspection and analysis: credit performance monitoring and measurement, compliance evaluation, internal audit, non-conformity correction, credit risk identification and early warning.

Continuous improvement: management review, credit crisis handling, credit repair mechanism, system optimization and upgrading.

Certification process

Enterprise credit management system certification is usually divided into the following stages:

Application and acceptance: submit application materials (business license, system documents, etc.), and the certification body will conduct application review to confirm that the organization has the basic conditions for certification (the system has been in operation for 3 months, the internal audit and management review have been completed, and there is no record of serious dishonesty within one year).

First-stage audit (document audit): conduct document audit and on-site preparation evaluation, review the compliance of the documents of the integrity system with the standard requirements, and confirm the adequacy of the second-stage audit preparation.

The second stage of audit (on-site audit): conduct on-site audit, including personnel interviews, document records inspection, integrity control measures verification, evaluate the compliance and effectiveness of the system, and identify nonconformities.

Rectification and verification: for the nonconformities found in the audit, the organization shall complete the rectification within the specified time limit and submit the evidence for review by the audit team.

Certification decision and certification: Certification certificate will be issued after the technical review is passed, confirming that the organization meets the standard requirements. The certificate is valid for three years and can be found on the website of CNCA.

Supervision and audit: conduct supervision and audit once a year after obtaining the certificate (the interval shall not exceed 12 months) to confirm that the system continues to meet the certification requirements.

Re-certification audit: Re-certification audit is conducted before the certificate expires, and the certification qualification is extended, usually for three years.
