ZhongSheng DeShang Inspection and Certification (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CRC) was established in April 2016, with the Unified Social Credit Code: 91510108MA61UDAE6M. It is an organization approved by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, with approval number: CNCA-R-2022-1000. Accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and the Gulf Accreditation Centre (GAC), CRC is a dual internationally recognized mutual recognition body. It is a member unit of the China Certification and Accreditation Association, the China Electronics Federation, the Sichuan Provincial Quality Supervision Association, and the Sichuan Provincial Work Safety Association.

Currently, CRC is primarily engaged in system certifications including Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Information Security Management System, Information Technology Service Management System, Integrity Management System, Social Responsibility Management System, Asset Management System, Business Continuity Management System, and Road Traffic Safety Management System.

Service certifications cover areas such as after-sales service for commodities, evaluation of after-sales service system completeness, evaluation of after-sales service maturity, evaluation of furniture customization services, and evaluation of automotive after-sales service capabilities.

In terms of products, CRC conducts third-party on-site conformity assessment activities based on standards and specifications across more than 100 fields, including ergonomic products in general industrial goods, furniture with restricted hazardous substances, healthy furniture products, furniture quality and safety products, environmentally friendly and hygienic furniture products, low-VOC furniture products, green products, and green building materials. Additionally, CRC has achieved notable results in the fields of carbon neutrality, carbon verification, and carbon footprint, having served over 20 enterprises within Sichuan Province.

The company currently employs 110 staff members, 97 of whom hold national certification and accreditation qualifications. The core team is composed of technical personnel from multiple branches in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Beijing. The company is located on the entire 10th floor of Building 17, No. 86 Huahan Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.

CRC currently operates across various fields and industries, including machinery, electronics, information technology, food, agriculture, building materials, trade, furniture, and catering. The management personnel at Zhong Sheng Certification possess an average of over 10 years of experience in the certification industry. (referred to as CRC) established its wholly-owned subsidiary, ZhongSheng DeShang (Saudi Arabia) Co., Ltd. (referred to as SCRC), in Saudi Arabia on July 7, 2025. The company is located at Office A5, First Floor, Building 7967, University Square, Al-Nadr Ibn Al-Harith Street, Al-Malqa District, Al-Khari City, Riyadh Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition to providing localized, one-stop quality assurance and compliance services for Chinese enterprises in Saudi Arabia, local businesses, and international traders, the company will also serve local enterprises in areas such as environmental services and consulting, industrial services and consulting, and future factory and automation construction consulting, contributing Chinese strength to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
